Spacious room with a kitchenette and air conditioning, and the staff here are very attentive and friendly.

The location was quiet and nice - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. We truly enjoyed the room with basic equipment, the bed was large.

Hotel is very nice, its situated in a secluded area of Crete, just 50m above a stone/gravel beach, which is nearly completely empty - we were barbecuing on it almost every night, and it's fantastic (beautiful cliffs, clean water, nice underwater views for snorkling, free umbrellas to hide from the sun). The best thing about this hotel is that it was completely empty - we were in the middle of the high season, and only during a weekend there were Greek families staying there (with a lot of noisy kids), but they all left on Sunday, and during a week we were there alone, and we had the entire hotel for ourselves. The staff was very nice and helpful, although it was sometimes hard to find someone (it's a family hotel), and the food in the tavern was very good too. In general it was one of the best vacations in my life. If you like to take a rest from the crowded tourist places, this is a place for you. The hotel is probably not the highest standard, so if you like luxury this is not the place for you, but its more then enough for us. The entire area around the hotel is very nice too, and there are at least couple of other beautiful empty beaches. But have in mind that it's impossible to get there without a car, and the road is very very tricky, especially at night!

We had couple of small problems: - the chairs on the balconies were broken (but the staff told us to replace them with the chairs from the pool area, so it wasn't a real problem) - AC in our room was working poorly (it was working great in 2 other rooms) - the staff emptied swimming pool for 1 day for cleaning (although we got a beer for the inconvinience, so it was fine:) ) - the location of the hotel is great, although not far west from the hotel there is a port where big ships refuel. It wouldn't be a problem, as the water is really really clean, but unfortunately refueling takes a lot of time, so you have to accept that you see one or two big ships on the horizon all the time, even at night. But even for us it wasn't that big of a deal, they even look quite nice, especially with binoculars.

What a fantastic find! This place is an absolute gem, offering a peaceful and tranquil retreat. The breathtaking sea view from the apartments is simply mind-blowing. We couldn't believe our luck! The nearby tavern with its ocean view and delicious food was a super bonus. The beaches, just a few minutes away from the apartments, were pristine and practically empty, providing us with the ultimate beach experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our group of three women and three kids. The pool was a great addition, and the welcoming hosts went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Don't miss out on trying the scrumptious food at their restaurant. We are already counting down the days until we can return to this incredible place.

Would stay here again if I go to Kaloi Limenes, really enjoyed my very peaceful stay. The hotel is nice and the rooms are large. The staff are very friendly as well as the host. There is good choice of savoury food for breakfast;))

During my stay at Sfinias Apartments, I was blown away by the breathtaking view from the terrace. The peaceful surroundings provided the perfect escape from the touristy crowds. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a kitchenette, allowing me to prepare simple meals. The refreshing sea water pool was a great way to cool off and the beautiful sea vista added to the overall ambiance. Despite some drawbacks like the aging facilities and the noisy air conditioning next door, I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it.

The remote location offered stunning scenery, peace, and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable space for our large family. We loved the semi-private beach, Maha, with its crystal clear waters perfect for snorkeling. The onsite taverna served delicious home-cooked food, and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed. it was a perfect destination for a memorable family vacation.

For dads, it would be great if there were more entertainment options for children.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay. The location was perfect, with a private pebble beach just a short walk away and crystal clear water. The owners were friendly and welcoming, adding to the authentic atmosphere. Plus, the hotel taverna served delicious food that was both natural and tasty.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The room, although spacious, wasn't very convenient and seemed a bit abandoned.

There is a huge variety of savory food for breakfast. the staff are really helpful as well as the host. - the location of the hotel in Kali Limenes is extremely quiet and best possible, short walk to a secluded beach, which is nice and peaceful, the sea and the tavern.

The kids absolutely loved exploring the beautiful secluded beach nearby. They had a fantastic time building sandcastles and splashing in the crystal clear waters. The tranquil surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for some family bonding time and quality relaxation.

My wife says that an additional playground or some outdoor activities specifically designed for children would have been a great addition to the hotel's amenities.
